Sh Harjot Singh Bains (Cabinet Minister)

Harjot Singh Bains is a cabinet minister in the government of Punjab, India. He is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and represents the Jalandhar Cantonment constituency in the Legislative Assembly of Punjab. Bains was first elected to the Assembly in 2017, and was re-elected in the 2022 elections.  

Bains is the Minister for Legal and Legislative Affairs and Consumer Affairs in the Punjab government. He has previously held portfolios of the Department of Labour, Industrial Training, and Employment Generation in the earlier government.  

In the 2022 elections, Bains led the AAP to a victory in Punjab, with the party winning five out of the thirteen seats it contested. Bains himself was re-elected with a margin of over 24,000 votes.

Mr. Bhullar is the Cabinet Minister of Punjab and is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party. He was elected to the Punjab Assembly in the 2017 elections. He is the Minister of Housing and Urban Development and holds the portfolio of the Minister of Local Government. He is also the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs. His other portfolios include the Minister of Youth Services and Sports and the Minister of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare.

Sh. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and is the current Cabinet Minister for Education in the Punjab Government. He has served as the MLA from the Amritsar South constituency since 2017.

He is a strong advocate of social justice, education and health and has been working to ensure the welfare of the common man. He has initiated numerous welfare programmes and policies in his constituency, such as free education to children from economically weaker sections and free medical facilities for the elderly.

He has also been a vocal opponent of the drug menace in Punjab and has been actively campaigning for the eradication of drugs from the state. He has also expressed his concern over the growing unemployment in the state and has been advocating for the creation of more job opportunities.

He has been a vocal supporter of AAP's 'Delhi Model' of governance and has been actively campaigning to spread its message of honest, transparent and corruption-free governance. He is likely to contest the 2022 Punjab Assembly Elections on an AAP ticket and is likely to be the party's chief ministerial candidate.
