A totalitarian government is a form of government in which the state holds total authority over the society and seeks to control all aspects of public and private life. It is a system of government in which the state exercises absolute and centralized control over all aspects of life.

A constitutional monarchy is a form of government in which a monarch is the head of state and the government is led by a Prime Minister who is usually chosen from among the elected members of parliament. The monarch's powers are limited by a constitution.
